Vintage square dance skirt multi tier lots of trim 28 inch waist

Description

This skirt comes from the estate of a woman who lived for square dancing.  Her family told me that she had most of her costumes custom made in Arizona.  There is no labels or tags in the skirt.
The skirt is made of tiers of cotton fabric in a light orange/pinkish color separated with rows of trims.
The skirt has a 28 inch waist and is 24.25 inches long.
The skirt is in very good vintage condition.  It is freshly washed and ready to wear.
