Vintage Partners Please by Malco Modes San Francisco solid brown ruffle square dancing skirt.  Measurements:
Size Medium
Waist 18"
Length 24"
The elastic in the waist no longer has stretch and is dried out.  Easy fix - take to a dry cleaner who does alterations and they can put a new piece in there quickly.  Plenty of twirl left in this skirt!  Laundered.  No stains.  Prompt shipment!
I ship same or next day.  Any delays of your package while in transit to you are not my responsibility. I have no control over the package once it is accepted/scanned at USPS or FedEx.  Therefore, no refunds will be issued by me for items received after the estimated delivery date, or if the item is scanned ‘delivered’ and then stolen from your porch.
If you do not receive your item, file a claim directly with USPS or FedEx.  If you open a request thru eBay, they take the full refund out of my pocket - the price of the item, the shipping, and they keep fees charged.  Please don't do that to me.
