Vintage Jeri Bee Teal Small Square Dance Skirt & Top

Description

My mom wore this set square dancing. With her black hair the color looked stunning. It is a teal color with white lace. The tag says size small. There are teal and white ribbon bows in front skirt and on center bust.
Measured flat across seam to seam:

23" Long
Waist: 18"-needs new elastic( 2.5"w)
7" wide ruffle with 3.5" wide lace & bows
Stain on bottom ruffle, I did not pretreat. See photo

There are 3 rhinestone buttons on front neck
