    Description

    Beautiful green petticoat so full , so much fluff , it appears that two nita smith petticoats were sewn together at the waist band ,  Waist band measures 14 inches and will stretch to 19 inches . also has has a waistband tie for perfect fit . very good sewing job , it looks great , I have never seen a four layer petti . there is a little color difference between the two petticoats but you really have to look to notice it .  measures 21 inches in length .
