Great preowned condition see photos.  The top fabric may be replacement it was unfinished when I received this item so I finished it allowing the
elastic to be moved for different lengths.
Flat Measurements
Waist 13.5” across relaxed to 21.5” across when fully stretched
Length  22.5” including 1” waistband -  Has option to shorten up tp 2
inches by moving the elastic down.
We take all measurements with the item laying flat and not stretched.  Items may not be true to size due to alterations, shrinkage or simply because they are vintage and do not match current size standards.
