    Skirt is handmade of lightweight polyester/cotton blend fabric with a denim look. Elastic at the waist has lost its' pull and needs to be replaced. It will not go tighter at this time. There is a channel in the waistband for the elastic. Ruffled bottom. 23" length from top of waistband.
