Rare WW1 poster-Free Storage of Bonds;Beware of Speculators,Buy & keep V fifths

Description

Original WW1 poster 22" x 16" issued by the Liberty Loan Committee of New England promoting not only " Buy and Keep Victorious fifth liberty Bonds" but also highlighting free storage of small amounts of bonds offered through banks and trust companies and also a warning of "Beware of Speculators" offering to buy liberty bonds; "When you sell bonds you are a quitter", "There is no security better then Liberty bonds". Since these were targeted for the New England market, I am assuming that they were made in far fewer quantities then many other period posters published nationwide. The poster itself is in excellent condition considering it is 100 years old. There are crease marks on the poster but no color fading and only minor stain marks. Some damage along the bottom border edging. There is also a 1 1/2" tear with missing paper between the word "free" and the word "liberty" below.  Sometime in the 1950's the previous owner had this poster along with others they owned mounted on poster board (not attached) and shrink wrapped in plastic to preserve their condition.
