    Massive example with a powerful 29" blade of substantial width and thickness, not in polish and having some minor surface imperfections and still showing traces of the tamper line along the edge. Very long tang with one mekugi-ana showing extensive age of this impressive samurai weapon. Housed in its 18th-19th century shira-saya mounts profusely carved with large dragon in the clouds and showing lovely age patina throughout.
    Overall : 40 1/2"  Blade : 29" Nagasa.
