Malco Modes Red Polka Dot Square Dance Outfit

Made in San Francisco, USA by Malco Modes. Pretty dance Red and white dot cotton blouse & skirt. White lace with white bows trim. Collar goes into a "V" neck  with white cotton bow and lace ruffle trim. It's been around a long time but there's a spot on the right lower back. I will try to remove it. Stain remover I bet will work.
Measurements: sleeves- 12.5" with elastic that need to be replaced or can be worn as is.  20" bust( 40"), 20" waist( 40"), 21" hips( 42"), From neck to bottom hem-26". Across the shoulders is 14". Was measured flat. There is a  M size tag so please use these measurements to yours. If I guessed I would say a size 8/9/10.
The skirt has good elastic waist. It measures flat 16"(32) and 19" stretched(38") . From waist to bottom hem is 23".
Machine washable 50% polyester 50% cotton.
