ChooChoo! 2 Piece Red/White Stripe, Blue Trains SQUARE DANCE Outfit, 20" Skirt

Totally sweet!  Red and white stripes on red.  The skirt has panels of royal blue with colorful trains.   Any labels have been removed so I cannot tell the maker or fabric information.
The skirt is very full and has two pockets on the front.
The petticoat is not included in this listing.  It is listed separtely.
The fabric feels fresh and crisp and does not show any wear, fading, stains, or yellowing.   The outfit was taken from a crowded closet for these pictures and not ironed, so please keep that in mind.
For sizing, please go by the measurements below:
TOP:
Bust:  45" around.
Top of shoulder to hem: 25".
Sleeve, bottom seam:  6".
Sleeve, Shoulder to ruffle end:  14".
SKIRT:
Waist:  30" unstretched, 37" stretched
Below waist to hem:  20".
