C.W. Love Poster for 1917 Red Cross World War I 28x40

Pickup always preferred but not required for framed  ww1 posters.
Original US Lithograph Company C.W. Love poster for the 1917-1918 Red Cross World War I campaign.  This is the full size, approx 28 by 41 inch, poster.  This is NOT the more common 21 by 13 inch size.
This has always been one of the most sought after Americana posters because the stylized skyline includes silhouettes of the USS Constitution, the US Capital, the Statue of Liberty and the Washington Monument.
This was professionally framed with archival glass about 35 years ago and has been graded by the insurance appraiser as a B+/A- example.  I would rate it an 88 myself.
There are no folds or outright damage except a small corner tear in the lower right hand corner about the size of a pencil end and an ink crack right above the UNITED STATES LITHOGRAPH COMPANY name.  There are some areas where the poster has bumping, some areas where the ink did not fully cover and very very minor fading.  SEE PHOTOS AND ASK FOR PHOTOS OF ANY DETAILS YOU WOULD LIKE TO SEE!
Unframed and in poor condition this poster regularly sells at auction for 0 to 0 with buyers premium and you can find many examples online at this time, but I cannot find one in this shape.  Most are folded even creased, ripped, missing paper or worse.
