Authentic 17th Century- 18th Century Cup Hilt Sword: Rapier, Musketeer, 1600's

17th Century-18th Century Cup Hilt Rapier marked "IN" (?)  "SOLINGEN".
Total length of sword is 44 1/2". German made blade measures 33". Quillions measure 12" across.
The blade is marked with what looks like "IN", but difficult to read. Likely for Johannes. Followed by "SOLINGEN". A good 1600's blade.
Good wire wrapped grip is all intact and tight. Medium + pitting to the blade.
All tight and nothing loose. Overall an excellent example of an early military rapier sword. Still fully functional!
This sword was in a private collection for a very long time.
