1996 Barbie Folding Pretty House w/ Box instructions Some Accessories

Barbie 1996 Folding Pretty House with box, some accessories, used sticker sheet and so forth. Item is not complete. Comes with parts shown. Item has playwear/paint wear/sticker wear.  Item is dirty/dusty from storage and needs to be cleaned. Item has sun discoloration/faded.  Item is being relisted with new photos due to the previous buyer not returning the item in it's original condition. She kept some of the accessories and broke some so the new listing had to be altered due to her negligence and lack of morals. The front door doesnt latch properly as the latch is semi stretched out. The light feature piece is bent as seen in the photos, and is not tested so assume it doesn't work. One the photos shows a small crack near the bottom of the house. Item is 15lbs in a 24 x 18 x 20 box in case the shipping calculator isn't working.
